Digital audio experiences for museum visitors

Let guests hear your galleries and grounds on the phone they already carry. Tour Studio publishes a branded, multilingual, self-guided experience in the browser.

For museums

A guide that starts when the visitor is ready

Timed tours cannot serve every language or every arrival time. A self-guided audio experience lets visitors walk a path you designed, then linger where the collection holds them.

Aventours produces the narration, map, and player with your team. You share access at the desk, on a sign, or in a confirmation email.

In the experience

Built for cultural sites

  • Visitor-friendly accessGuests open the guide in a mobile browser. A link, QR code, or access code is enough — no app store step before they enter a gallery.
  • Multilingual experiencesThe same exhibition or site path can be heard in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, and Portuguese.
  • Branded museum experiencesThe player can carry your institution’s name and look. Visitors should feel they are in your museum, not on a third-party consumer tour.
  • Self-guided explorationVisitors pause, replay, and move at their own pace. GPS can trigger outdoor stops; indoor stops can be started by tap.
  • Digital storytellingUse audio to add voices, context, and sequence that a label cannot hold — without asking every guest to join a timed tour.

Questions

Museums FAQ

Can museums offer audio guides on visitors’ phones?

Yes. Tour Studio publishes a browser-based audio experience. Visitors listen on their own phones; they do not need to download an app.

Does this replace rented audio devices?

Tour Studio is a digital option visitors access on their phones. Whether it sits beside or instead of existing hardware is an operations choice for your museum — we do not claim it automatically retires handsets.

Can the guide be in more than one language?

Yes. Audio can be produced in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, and Portuguese.

Will it look like an Aventours tour?

No. Museum experiences are branded for the institution. Visitors should recognize your name and content.

How do I get started?

Request a demo. Share an exhibition, a campus walk, or a historic site you want visitors to hear in their own language.
